the staff was extremely polite and helpful. They have a lovely lobby and communal areas which were very inviting. the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of options. the gym was great and had everything you needed for a good workout. the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly and made the room very comfortable to stay in.
One of the negative aspects of the hotel was that some of the pool areas could have been cleaner. They looked a little tired.

Some areas of the pool could have been cleaner, as they appeared a bit tired. the changing area is small and may not be spacious enough for a comfortable experience.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The communal areas were stunning, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed using the gym, which was well-equipped and had everything we needed.
Some areas of the hotel were not as clean as we expected them to be. The changing area at the pool could have been larger and more well-maintained.

The service was exceptional, and we were treated like royalty. the room was spacious and luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs and exceeded our expectations. the private facilities were outstanding, and we enjoyed every moment spent in them. the location advantages were also remarkable, with easy access to all the major attractions.
this did not affect our overall satisfaction, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and extravagant experience.
